Instructions for deleting your idaWorks account

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your idaWorks account, contact our support team at admin@idaworks.co.nz using your registered email address.

Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Removed

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your authentication credentials
  • Your personal name
  • Your contact information
  • Your application access permissions

What Remains

For compliance, traceability, and business continuity purposes, some information may be retained:

  • Your email address may persist in system logs and activity records
  • Content created within organizational workspaces (checklists, inspections, photographs) remains under organizational ownership

This ensures that audit trails and compliance documentation remain intact for organizational record-keeping. Data we retain is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Complete Data Removal

For complete removal of all your information, including audit documentation and organizational content you created, please contact your organization's administrator. They can submit a comprehensive data purge request on your behalf.
